This year, two brown cakes have reached Himachal lake from Siberia and one has, in fact, Renuka region. However, the number of migratory birds is likely to increase as in the last few years the number had decreased slowly. Apart from the general migratory birds such as Siberian Common Koots, Indian Mohrun, Great Cormorant, Little Egreatit, Great Egreit and Indian Merran and more come to the lakes of Himachal Pradesh. The Renuka Lake happens to be the best in the list where the tourists visit
Among the different wetlands that are found in the lakesides of Himachal Pradesh, Renuka Lake is cited as a part of the World Wetland. However, the number of Migratory birds that used to come here has decreased to great percentage now. The ornithologists have found no Commontel or Vatel Legging at the place this year which used to come each year. From the middle of November, these migratory birds used to come. But still, now there is no sign of these two species there.
This is the Mating Season:
Now that the mating season has come up for these migratory birds, The wildlife Department has become active, although the results have been quite a handful. The birds like Caramonant which takes the food items from deep water are likely to increase in numbers. This is also the mating season for them. At the same time, the species of green necked birds named Molardhappento to come here. The same is true about the brown cakes also. Having the site of all these migratory birds is truly something.
