Regional Manager, Mangal Chand Manepa, of Himachal Road Transport Corporation of Kullu and Lahaul Spiti, said: “they had launched a courtesy call service, this facility would be available to passengers having an online booking in Volvo& others luxury buses which are operating from Kullu and Manali to different routes.”
According to this facility, the conductor of the bus would inform the passengers on their mobile phone about the exact information about departure time of the bus and also tell the passengers about the expected time of arrival from the originating station. With this facility, the passengers would not have to wait for the long duration of time.
Mapa said the facility would be provided in Volvo and others luxury buses of the HRTC. Operating form Kullu and Manali on all the routes like Delhi, Chandigarh, and Dharamshala.
