According to the information, Manohar Lal Khattar resigned from the post of CM on Tuesday at around quarter 11 and after this, the meeting of the legislative party started in Chandigarh to brainstorm the name of the new CM in BJP. During this, a consensus was reached on the name of the sitting MP from Kurukshetra and BJP President Naib Singh Saini. Let us tell you that Naib Saini will take oath as Chief Minister at 4 pm. Meanwhile, Naib Saini has reached Raj Bhavan and met the Governor.

Let us tell you that before the meeting of the legislative party, Home Minister Anil Vij had left in anger. He had objection to the name of Naib Saini. Vij is a six-time MLA, but he was not made the CM. BJP MP from Panipat Sanjay Bhatia said that Naib Saini has been made the new CM. On a question, he said that the party will decide whether Manohar Lal will contest the Lok Sabha elections. Manohar Lal will be most happy if Naib Saini becomes CM. He said that he is not an MLA and hence did not go to the meeting.
